  This place is terrible when it comes to taking an order. The first time I called(for delivery) I asked for a guacamole burger, and the person I talked to was completely incompetent. I had to apparently repeat this over and over to Jose it was like talking to a brick wall. The guacamole burger is on the menu how hard is it to listen to me say "guacamole burger" then proceed to input it into a computer. Then when I revived the burger it was just a cheeseburger no gauc at all. I called and complained I just wanted the right order completed I don't care about getting free stuff I just want you to be intelligent enough to take someone's simple request and relay it to someone else, and the least you could do is check in the freaking box before you deliver it. The next time I called (about 20 mins ago) Jose answered again(I'm not sure if it's the same one). This time I was ordering for a group. while I asked for 4 things that are on your menu. he then sounded completely confused again. THESE ITEM ARE ON YOUR MENU by shear odds you should know at least one of them. I'm completely disappointed by OGGI's cause they have decent food, but this drove me so crazy I AM WRITING MY FIRST REVIEW.

  Food was good, service laxed. Older blond woman basically laying on table to serve food, over sexual. Learn how to make money without using your body, this is a restaurant not a strip club. Have some respect for yourself, you are over 40, not 20. No excuse.
