  I go here several times a week and there used to be several assoc who recognized me and spoke. There is a new group who see me and don't bother to chat or engage, even when i try to speak with them and ask for reccomendations.
  
  This location is the closest to work and the drinks are made decent 9/10..so I go..i would prob go to a different location if there was one in the vicinity

  This used to be a pretty reliable place but over the past year or so it has declined quite a bit. Too many new employees with not enough training I believe. My last visit I had to have them remake the coffee because they hadn't made it correctly. After about 15 minutes of waiting they still are not getting the flavoring right so I just took the coffee and left. A employee was sitting on the floor in the pick up area counting a cash drawer in front of all the customers. This is the most convenient location on my way to work but I have stopped going because I just don't know if my coffee is going to be correct. Now I basically only visit other locations on my days off because it is not worth the drive on a work day. While I was waiting other customers were getting incorrect orders as well. Sad. I hope they fix it.
